Beef Bowl/Pork Classic Scholarships

The Beef Bowl Scholarships are made available from the proceeds of the barbecue and beef bundle auction at the annual SDSU Beef Bowl football game.  Tyson Fresh Meats contributes beef products for the event.

Pork Classic Scholarships are made available from the proceeds of the barbecue and pork bundle auction at the Pork Classic basketball game at SDSU.  John Morrell and Company, Sioux Falls, SD donates the pork products for the event.  Supporters of the swine industry and the Department of Animal and Range Sciences assist with the Pork Classic barbecue.

Both events are held annually at South Dakota State University.
